BW’s Youth Activity Club

Here, it’s all fun and games…

Everyone knows how much fun our beach is, but what else is there for your kids to do while staying with us?  In a word…PLENTY!

We created B.W. Youth Activities Club and it is designed just for that need – to keep your kids entertained… and happy! This club is designed for youth of all ages, so big sister and little brother can both enjoy the fun. From sun –up to sun-down our Youth Activities Club will have something for your kids to do.

Grab a lounge chair… and your camera! You will want a memento of your child’s painted face, handcrafted masterpiece, and an action shot of them playing with our colorfulmascot, B.W. McCaw. If you do not have your camera handy, no problem, we’ve got you covered. There will be someone taking pictures throughout the day. These pictures are available for purchase. Below you find a schedule of different things that are currently being offered.

While the B.W. Youth Activity Club offers hours of enjoyment for your child, make sure you check out the Splash Zone (a kid’s pool area with interactive shooting fountains, water toys, and a showering mushroom) that everyone will love.

*Sunrise Movements: 7:45-8:30 AM  (Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday)
Come join us on the beach where you can move and bend to the sound of the ocean. Great for a relaxing morning stretch to work out your travel kinks. Be sure to make a reservation. Ages  12 & up.

*Arts & Crafts: 9:00-10:00 AM & 2:00-3:00 PM (Everyday)
Get creative and make personalized souvenirs to take home from the beach. There will be different crafts each day, so you won’t want to miss!

*Seashell Challenge: 10:00-11:00 AM  (Everyday)
Join us as we search for the incredible and unique seashells scattered on the beach. Better yet, be sure to stay after and make a picture frame with the shells you find. Oh and don’t forget there are prizes!

Sandcastle Wars: 11:00-12:00 PM  (Monday & Saturday)
Come out for the battle on the sand! See which family can make the biggest and best sandcastle. Buckets and shovels provided.

Beach Olympics: 11:00-12:00 PM  (Tuesday & Thursday)
Bring out your competitive side and visit us on the beach for some friendly relay races and games!

Pirate Scavenger Hunt: 11:00-12:00 PM  (Wednesday & Friday)
Aarrrrrr Matey! A ship has crashed at sea and washed hidden treasure ashore. Come be a pirate and search for the buried treasure!

*Sterling Sun: 12:30-1:30 PM  (Wednesday)
Beads galore! Learn how to make your very own beaded bracelet, earrings, or key chain to show your friends back home or to show off out on the beach.

Get Your Teen On: 2:00 PM  (Tuesday & Friday)
Wanna meet some people your own age? Come out for an afternoon filled with teenage entertainment! Join us for music, snow cones, beach games, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, limbo, and more!  Ages 13-18.

*Tie Dye & Sand Art (Anytime & Everyday)
Take a piece of Florida home with you, and make a one-of-a kind tie dye shirt or colorful sand art piece to put on your shelf. Don’t worry about time, because we are available all day till 4:30 PM.

*Need a break? 7:00-9:30 PM   (Tuesday- Friday)
• Wii night: Come prove that you’re the best gamer! Tuesday & ThursdayMovie night.
• Join us in the Activity Center and enjoy the show! Wednesday & Friday
• 1 popcorn and 1 drink included for children. Ages 7 & Up. Limited seating, call to make reservations

*Face Painting: Add some color to your vacation. Stop by to get a unique design. You can become a tiger, a fairy, or anything you might choose! You name it, she can paint it!

Sunset Cinema Movies: Join us at Sunset  (Saturday) Enjoy a night under the stars as we watch our favorite movies right on the beach for FREE!

*Pictures, Pictures & More Pictures: While your kids play we snap photos, so you will be sure to capture all of those little moments. Also, take pictures with BW Macaw and purchase them at the Activity Center!
